Payment Processing

Pricing and Currency

All prices on the Blush Lane website are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Prices may change without prior notice.

Any applicable taxes and shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at service@blushlane.co.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item(s).

Chargebacks

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us at service@blushlane.co before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Please be aware that chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in a temporary order hold while the matter is reviewed.

Fraud Prevention

Blush Lane reserves the right to cancel or place a hold on any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

For high-value transactions or orders with unusual purchasing patterns, we may request additional verification, such as billing information or shipping address confirmation. Orders flagged for review will not be processed until verification has been completed.

Failed or Declined Payments
